Shop & Seminar registrations are generally non-refundable, but
may be exchanged for a store credit/refund if request is received no less than 10 business
days prior to the event. If a shop is cancelled by the instructor, or The LearnShop,
we will immediately issue a refund, unless a store credit/refund is requested by the
attendee. If you are a member and experience a cancellation, your store credit/refund
will consist of a registration credit/refund being added to your account.
Please also verify whether you are required to bring a laptop to your learnshop.
Some learnshops (Software Training, for example) require individually licensed
software, and a laptop on which the software has been installed. In many cases,
you will be able to download the education versions of these software for free.
Please bring a valid form of identification (drivers license, passport, government ID, etc.,) that matches the name of the person registered for the learnshop. We
also recommend that you bring your invoice or receipt for proof of payment (receipts
are emailed upon payment, invoices are always available in your customer account).
Additional Policies:
•Our typical tutorial size is 1-5 people. Our larger learnshops are 12-15 people, to more easily facilitate Q&A,
exercises, and seating. For more popular learnshops, we may increase available
seats to 25 persons. The LearnShop reserves the right to increase or decrease
the capacity of individual learnshops as necessary.
•If you register for a tutorial-style learnshop with less than 5 attendees, you must cancel with 7 days prior to your tutorial to receive a refund. If you schedule an appointment or consult with the instructor prior to the tutorial kickoff, and you subsequently cancel the tutorial, your appointment or consult will not be complimentary. The appointment or consult will simply be billed as single session.
•You cannot request a credit/refund for a package after attending a session.
•You cannot request a credit/refund for a session on or after the session date.
•You cannot request a credit/refund for a session date attended.
•You cannot request a credit/refund for a multipart session after attendance of
single parts (ie Part 1 attended or missed does not qualify for refund of Part
2)
•You cannot request a credit/refund due to early departure from class. Attendance
is immediately confirmed upon your arrival.
•You cannot request a credit/refund after receiving course materials (if applicable).

•Your signature of attendance confirms attendance & receipt of any course
materials.
•We reserve the right to dismiss disruptive attendees without refund.
•For package or Power Learner memembership cancellations, you may cancel
at any time. Professional, Elite & Corporate members must provide us 30-days notice.
