"Where are the Directors? Interview with a Director". This workshop is an interview with a director. You will experience all that is needed gather a basic understanding of this fast paced and exciting role. We will start with the different types of directing: control room, live production, or live to tape shows. We will then explore the pre-production or preparation, the production or the shoot, the post-production (editing, if needed), and post-production meeting to discuss what worked, areas of improvement and prepare for the next show. This is an opportunity for you to get inside the mind that creates the look of what we see in film and media.
